For single-day runs like Titan, Thor, Ingkells, Glas, Aghlan, when does the timer reset? Because I did a Titan run yesterday at 10PM EST, it's 12PM EST now, and it's still unavailable.

I believe 10 AM, but I've never played there so I can't say for sure.

It resets at noon EST. However, since we've yet to fall back, it's currently resetting at 1pm EDT (which is noon EST, for the moment).
