This is an announcement to clarify the Rebirth Card debate that we are finding after
the cards were released.
Those who received the Rebirth Cards can rebirth their characters under the following conditions:
- You can use the Rebirth Card after three or more weeks from your last character rebirth.
- However the Rebirth Card can be activated before your character reaches the age of 20.
The Dye Ample feature that has been announced prior to this announcement is duly available.
