How are they still in business?
South Korean ISP's should just come to NA with their super fast networks and bankrupt the much slower companies :D...
...Wait isn't that a bad idea?

it's easier to create a better network in South Korea than the united states
there are physical aspects such as the geography and stuff.
also, corporations are more greedy in America
how else is bill gates so rich?
Also,
At & T partnered with Apple
so apple fanboys go along with them

Time Warner isn't much better than AT&T, however they're a bit more stable. However, when theres a lot of fires (As there always are in the late summer), if they do any re-routing, your net could go down for most of a day.
Verizon is better than AT&T, they're just more expensive. But they also don't make huge mistakes like releasing customer data to non-authorized people.
