Welp. Let's rally it up as we wait for November.
Who's with me?
(Note, I'm Aster Selene for those who wish to add.)

Oh? I'm hoping to finish this week, unless I have some miraculous recovery and end up being able to leave the house. I don't mind editing until November though to make it count.
I also don't mind any other editing, if people want to throw work at me.

I'm no novel writer, but I have sympathetic moments in my life with writing.
So I wish you luck and determination through the difficulties.

I come up with stories in my head and make images out of them, but I can't say I'm a writer. haha. Good luck to anyone that does this~

I enjoy writing but to write a complete novel would be out of my literary capabilities or within my commitment.
Good luck for anyone trying though.

I've been trying to write at the very least a novella (a short novel) for the past couple months. My procrastination and my short attention span get me distracted by the research for the story instead of actually writing more than the first paragraph.
I also can't get past ch2 of any of my fanfics. My short attention span is troublesome indeed.

Ok, we definitely need more of a rally than this~
Even if it's something that's proved too difficult in the past, perhaps you can pull it off knowing that the rest of us are expecting it? Doesn't have to be a novel, really; starting at the deep end is rarely advisable.

It's awfully time-consuming compared to, say, drawing. Even a short story. I really envy the patience that fiction authors have, because it is daunting.
That's not to include being stumped on the details.
For example, let's say we ask everyone on this forum to write any story that is one page long. If there are to be criteria, what is the expected number of people who would succeed at this request?

I wanna say at least 70% of people can write a one-page story, though this feels like one of the times where I think one thing and get smacked in the face by reality .-.

You know, I'm always thinking of doing something like me. I think that I'm going to go for it.

Well since my internet keeps disconnecting every 5~10 minutes, it's given me more time for writing. Which I have done. Hooray for me~ :cheer:

I could try... it depends because I'm very busy.
Althrough I did manage to hand-write a 70-pages story (due to boredom) when I was in 7th grade. :U

Finished, albeit a day late, or way late considering I said it'd be done a while ago...
Anyway, how'd it go?

Finished with exactly 50,000 on November 30.

Can I read it?
I can edit too, if you want, but just reading anything is fun too.
edit: might be best to pm me, I'm sure I'm going to forgot to check this thread...
