I've been looking for headphones for quite a while now, but not like the huge ones that cover up your whole ear.
If anyone knows of any nice and cheap, or possibly cheaper headphones, please do. ><
I'd also like Surround Sound on them too.

Well, if you want "surround sound", you need those huge headphones.
If you just want good quality headphones for cheap(leaving you with $100+), you can try the Klipsch Image S4's. I've had them for a while and they sound better than a few(higher priced) over-the-ear headphones I've used.

Well, what constitutes good sound for you?
How do you want bass, mids and highs to be balanced to each other? What about soundstage, prefer a generally wide one, small one, or an accurate representation of the recording's soundstage (which might range from none to huge)?
Either way I have to say I can't directly help you, because I would never get anywhere near a non-circumaural headphone and therefore don't know anything about others. I could at most tell you to do the research by yourself. Start by looking up which brands there are who produce small headphones, and then read some reviews to get a general idea of how they might sound, and whether there are ones who might perform similarly but for a better price.
Also why don't you want the "huge" ones? Do you use them outside too?

Klipsch Image One
These are great for the price and you can find them in your local Apple and Best Buy stores.
Better than beats and cost half the price.
Also I'm pretty sure surround sound with headphones is just a myth since you only get 1 driver/speaker on each side instead of multiple ones.
But if you want even better headphones but I'm not sure if you'll want them since they're huge check out the
Sennheiser HD series. Sennheiser is known for making outstanding audio and are very popular around audiophiles but they're huge.
You might like the
Sennheiser HD25-1 II Closed Back Professional Headphone with Swivel Earcups
since they're not huge unlike the other HD series headphones.
Also check out to see if there are any portable Sony Headphones.
I got my Sony MDR-710LP and they are fantastic, they have amazing bass and good highs (not that great with the volume maxed out) and I only got them for 20 dollars.
Hope this post helped somewhat.

Are there high-quality headphones that don't cover up the entire ear? Those have always sounded the best to me.
God if I could afford $200 headphones...

Beats, by Dr. Dre hit the 200$ mark perfectly. Highest quality headphones around but... they're going to get stolen sometime.

I tried those out yesterday. They sound amazing.
I had to go to Best Buy because my brother has the touch of death. If he uses my headphones even once, less than a week later they'll start breaking. I had to go trade them in.

My brother bought me, my sister and himself some Beats. Two Solo and one Pro. He only paid 300$ for all three of them o-o, he has "connections". Also, he's 12, is he a drug dealer?

I'll try to go to Best Buy tomorrow and check some of those out, if I can find them. Thanks for the help. x]~

I suggest you go to a specialist retailer instead, they should have a more varied offer (not sure if they're too keen about you trying out in-ears though).

People will generally recommend the Audio Technica M50 for about $120 -considered to be the best value for general-use listening.
