Nexon failure or user error?

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. Well, since I'm not able to rebirth at the moment cause Nexon hates everyone, I am tailoring for the hell of it. Now, the funny thing about this is that sometimes when I use the tailoring skill, it doesn't do anything at all. I hit start and then it nothing happens, as if I didn't use the skill at all. Is this happening to anyone else or is this somehow my fault?

It's not your fault, a couple friends of mine are having the same problem as well.
