In Korea theres a freeway where the road pavement is made in such a way that the sound of driving by it at the correct speed will make the doremi song from sound of music.

Wouldn't speeding just increase the tempo and pitch uniformly (so that it would still sound like the same song, but at a faster pace, and higher pitch)?
