rain casting rain strength question??

  if rank f makes it rain i wanted to rank it just to f. what does rain strength = 0 mean?? that there is no rain??
  
  how effective would rank f rain casting be on herbing or potmaking ??

  Rank F gives you no value for production. It only gives the +5% for water cannon.

  Rain Strength corresponds exactly to how much boost normal rain gives to Production skills.
  
  A thunderstorm = +20 success rate. And interestingly, Rank 1 Rain Casting's Rain Strength is 20.
  
  Going by that, Rank F would add no success rate to your Production skills. Rank D would add 1% more success. Etc, etc.

  I think the strength means how much bonus you get on other skills because of the rain. The higher the numbers, the more bonus % you will get. At 0 it probably just has the raining animation, but wouldn't help you in any other skill.
