There is Arc Lich(r6 Prefix Enchant enabled rank regardless) and Broken Arrow(r3 Suffix) both -250 CP

Arc Lich is -5 Max Damage if lvl 44+, +5 Min Damage if lvl 22+, +5% Balance, +5% Critical and comes from Ghost Swords dropped by Arc Lich :S

Broken Arrow is +9 dex and +6x Repair Cost and comes from Crossbow (Shadow Mission: "Remaining Darkness", "Luxury", and "Obtain the Rare Book" Hard)
