Problems for logging in.

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. This is my first thread, whatever the first error that I don't managed to fix. I'm playing mabi for more than 2 years, but this error just happened at the last game's update. Since I'm on log on screen, I type my login and password, but when I press "enter" I'm not logged in and at the character's selection screen, a windows open showing a error detect by Hackshield. The error code is 0xe904000es.The game is running on Windows XP Professional, 32-bit. Below a screen shot of the error:

Of course, I searched for the solution at a lot of sites, but none of them solved. I'm trying for about 2 weeks and nothing :imdead:
Anyone here got the solution ? Please,I really help me. I miss the people that I can only speak when at the game, and here is probably one of my last attempts. (nexon don't answer)

Common fixes:

Did you reinstall the game?
Did you install any mods, if so remove them.

Do you have any programs up and running at the same instance?

Because sometimes, there are certain programs that conflict with Mabinogi. I remember that Skype used to conflict with my client, and it wouldn't work until I closed it.

I removed all traces of G12 Unofficial Tiara, the only mod that I ever used and I tried play with all programs closed. I still get the error.
Anyways, about reinstalling, I just did at the first day that I got this error, what is more than 2 weeks ago. Should I try reinstall again ? (even after the first reinstall, the game did not work even once without this error)
