We should have one. I could moderate and come up with themes... :)
Rules would be something like...
- ALL SOTW ENTRIES must have your username on it unless otherwise stated.
- No Pre-Made.
- The sig/tag must be somehow related to theme.
- You MAY NOT chat/discuss things in the SOTW entries or voting thread unless you are either submitting a signature or voting for one.
- When voting, please state "I vote for _____, because _______".
- When entering a signature, please make sure that the size limit is between 250 x 80 thru 500 x 200! If its something close, it'll be OK. Unless otherwise stated.

It's to prevent ripping and pre-made signatures. :) It's needed.
