  The outfit and shoes were from a gacha a few months ago (forgot which one), but they're pretty rare in all servers. I think there are probably only a couple of the outfit (maybe under 5) in each server. /regrets selling mine

  Have you tried running it on Internet Explorer? You also need the program to get the character to display, it should give you a notification when you enter the page that it wants to install something.
