  Most jobs around here are min. wage so I'm pretty lucky in the fact I get paid a decent amount above it. Plus I get benefits. (discount card, health insurance, 401k, dental insurance, I can opt to buy shares in Walmart stock, which I have, short term/long term disability, AICNT)
  
  AICNT is Associates In Critical Need Trust, if you can't afford your rent, you had a death in the family and can't pay for the funeral, your wife is giving birth, etc. You can register for the trust and they'll pay for most if not all of the things. Associates can choose to put a certain amount of their paycheck into it.

  Where I'm living at currently a studio runs from $525-675, and a one bedroom is $775+.
