PS2, and the PS3 don't as well (At least non-slims don't).
Also, XBOX will scratch discs regardless, it just doesn't show as predominantly as when there are vibrations.

Though they could of scratched the disk beforehand, and the guy sounds like he doesn't care about the disk either xD.

I also hope they've fixed the vibrations that come from the cd drive on XBOX 360.
Vibrations aren't good for hard drives, especially in close proximity.
