What is the best Level 61 Scythe?

  On monsters you're dmg capped on, MATT won't matter, but speed will still help your DPS a bit. If you're still gonna be doing earlier boats(dailies, expertise cap, etc.), and you can only afford 1 scythe for now, then you should probably start with Rakrak.

  On monsters your damage is capped on, DPS at that small level won't really matter (unless of course your attack is absurdly high, like 18K and you cap on almost everything). I'd advise saving your money.
