Small frame freeze. (A tad long >.>)

I need someone to help me fix this. Every .5-1 second on EVERY map I get a .1-.5 frame freeze. This is annoying as all freaking hell and it makes bandit fighting, no mater what rank, either a deadly pain or just impossible. I think I got it sometime after the g13 or g14 update or even the g12 one. I don't have this problem in SMs, TMs, or any dungeon. I'm not sure if I have it in iria or not. Can anyone please help me?
