Yeah, see. What you did wrong there was when you exported, you left the GIF type on Custom. Gotta change it to Perceptual, Selective, or Adaptive.

Well, it won't be quite so speedy. People can still change their sigs, or join the contest, within the deadline, and I guess I may as well give until 12PST. At which point, I'll have to go through the list of people that joined and organize all their avs/sigs into a nice list where people can vote. So, that may take awhile... xD
