Maintenance doesn't end, Nexon just manages screw up the maintenance and so they make a post saying that the maintenance has ended. It also explains why their maintenance end times are usually off. They are probably still on the first maintenance trying to fix it.

Yeah, those scythe skills are getting pretty old, and maybe if they sneak in a giant update of Karok blasters while they are at it.
