COMPUTAR WIZES ONLY!! omg 90% packet loss QQ

  IDK WHAT TO DO!
  This is a relatively brand new computer, about half a year ago i tested my ping and received an B+ grade.
  
  Tested it again today and ended up with an F...
  
  With 90% Packet loss.
  
  I went to test my registry and it said i had 4k errors.
  
  Can someone help me??? I really want to put my computer back to how it was, but i dont want to spend money on those computer optimizing programs.
  
  
  
  Heres a list of main changes ive made to the computer:
  Got rid of Norton, Installed McAffee.
  Installed a wireless printer.
  
  
  Edit, had 18/4k errors fixed for free lol (very generous.... >.>) and guess what 58% now but 18m/s jitter o.e
  
  
  
  Edit: #2 computer is meessing with me. My Tiara Mods Broke and now mabinogi wont open

  ccleaner may be able to help you a bit, i'm not much of a computer wiz but it cleans up the entire computer. not actual viruses, though.
