  Those are from the interplay forums.
  It uses the EarthRise engine so the game EarthRise's requirements probably will not be that different from FallOut OnLine (FOOL).
  
  So the character you create will be depart from Vault 13. (Speculation due to the fact that the project is called Project V13 and also there are screenshots of a character wearing a Vault 13 Jumpsuit )
  
  However I do not know if this would take in the same year as the Vault Dweller left vault 13 or related to the story.

  So I just realized that I got an email about the game.
  I got it on July fourth but never realized it cause Google put it in the spam section.

  First of all I'd like to point out some things.
  The e-mail address's name person whatever is Mr.Handy.
  If you never played Fallout Mr.Handy is a Multi-Service robot, he can be used to clean the house or can be used for security reasons.
  Also the e-mail address says Harold.
  Harold is a special type infected F.E.V. mutant. He's in all 3 major fallout installments.
