  A continuation of the previous series (Shakugan no Shana II), both Shana and Kazumi wait for Yuji only to discover that he has disappeared without a trace. As everyone searches for answers as to Yuji’s whereabouts, he reappears in front of them as the leader of Bal Masqué. Now Shana must confront her most unlikely adversary on the battlefield.

  Basically, this is for those of you that don't like watching pirated Anime. These simulcasts will have official FUNimation subtitles.

  I don't mind watching pirated anime either, it's kinda just meh to wait for the episodes if you can get it out of another resource faster.
  
  The only anime I'll probably watch on FUNimation is probably Future Diary, later on.
