Various Windows issues

  My Windows software has been creating a lot of issues for me recently, for one I cannot see the navigation pane when using another software's window to upload things like this:

  There's also the problem I get when I try to open a folder from a software such as BitTorrent, for example: when I am finished torrenting the file/folder, and I click on "Open containing folder" it gives me this popup titled to whatever program I am using to open containing folder saying with the content in the main box saying"Class is not registered"
  
  I have no idea what the hell went wrong with my windows, I believe the navigation pane problem is caused by me installing too many custom window themes, though restoring back the windows files didn't work.

  I got that too, and I used "Disk Defragmenter" and everything went fine afterwards.
