Because it wasn't ban evasion. Ban evasion in the case we are more concerned with is making a new account and spamming porn and stupid crap. He politely asked to give it one more go and we accepted. But as I said, it is for sure his last chance. Why do you guys care anyways? If he's good, then he'll add to the conversation, if he's bad, he'll be gone forever.

Whether they come back and post porn and whatnot or not, they are STILL evading a banning.

But you have to understand that it wasn't ban evasion. He didn't just go posting topics or participating in forum activities until he received our permission. Asking politely can take you places.

I am sick and tired of hearing about it. It is EXACTLY like Moppy said. He had no other way to contact us and has behaved himself fine since then. Even before his ban, Shan had a history of both excellent and rule-breaking posts, which is a big reason why we were willing to give him a second chance.

REGARDLESS. It is the STAFFS decision to make. Your question has been answered. We, as staff, are in NO POSITION to have to justify our choices to YOU beyond that. Moppy has explained it very well to you, there is no reason to drag the issue out even further. Dead horse, you are beating it, and for what reason I do not understand beyond a petty grasp at some attention. Understand and accept that at face value, because it is NOT going to change, especially because someone (see: you you you, and you) decided to whine about it. Enough is enough. Please, for the love of God and all that is holy, let it go. We talked together and made our choice as a team to give him another chance and so far, he is doing well. He, and all of staff, know that the very moment he does something wrong again, he gets another permaban and all following accounts will be nixed. We would like to have some faith in people and this is not the first time we've given someone a second chance, so I'm not sure why you choose THIS incident to drag out and throw a fit over.

And if you have a problem with something, please, contact staff in PRIVATE. There is no reason to drag this issue out into the public and then debate with a moderator about it. Yes, I see you PMed me, no, me not getting back to said PM fast enough for you does not justify your actions. I do not want to see it happen again, and from this moment on, you are not to make another post regarding the issue, and neither is anyone else. I would like to see this thread get back onto topic please. :/

You might be saying... sure Phunkie, sounds all good and dandy, but you did make this thread yesterday on Forsaken.

Well, if you do click on the link, you will see that I was simply poking fun at the guy for being too serious. I added, "Stop touching me, without permission, boy," alluding to the song I was using to describe Forsaken's strict attitude. My aim was not to troll. My aim was to poke fun at the situation. Whether it worked or not is another situation.

You also do have to admit that Forsaken could have just ignored the specific threads that were annoying him. No one can force you to be somewhere you don't want to be. Or read something you don't want to read. But he took a different approach, at the other hand. And his was completely offensive and downright silly.

Do not get me wrong. I too have my faults. Blame never really belongs to one person; it is often shared.
