How do Disable Boat Launch and Dungeon Complete "Sound"?

I want to play my own music, so I disabled music. Thing is, when I launch the boat or complete a dungeon the little fanfares still play?

Where in my folders can I find this file and delete it?

You used to able to do that with the hfs files I believe, but now since the hfs are gone (that's why we can't use the Korean sounds anymore), I don't think there's a way to do that anymore.
