[FONT="Arial Narrow"][SIZE="3"]I know games that will appeal greatly to ten-year-old kids, and games that will appeal to adults.
So what don't I know?
The thing is, why are games always so disappointing?
You find a game, you get hyped up by the graphics and seemingly good game structure, so you go ahead, download, install, and play.
And soon enough you realize that the game is junked up with crap.
Or maybe after playing an assortment of actually GOOD games, your high standards are high.
Anyone think so, too? :3

happens all the time for me.
"This game has gender locked classes? FAIL"
"This game has terrible character customization? FAIL"
So i end up cutting out alot of games. most of them suck anyway.

I love gender lock, it gives me a reason to play both genders. But I do tend to hate certain designs of gender lock classes.

A lot of games I've seen lately are "amazing graphics" but disappointing gameplay/story. Big example would be Final Fantasy 13. The graphics were fantastic (that they broke peoples PS3) but the gameplay was so linear and the battle system was even more than repetitive, it was REPEAT-titive. (Everyone had literally frigging the same moves... where the hell is the uniqueness in that?)
And now, there are those games with horrible/bad graphics with good gameplay/story. Won't name one for this one but since everyone has their own opinions and most of these tend to fall into the older games.

It's annoying when each class can do something that I would really like to do but I can't put it all in 1 character :fail:
I just choose the balanced one; isn't more strong against any one thing, but isn't weak with any either :awesome:

Games can't be perfect sadly enough. And the people who make it can't be perfect either. Games have budgets and technical limitations that stop them from making our dreams come true.
Hannah Montana said so herself.
"Nobody's perfect."

[FONT="Arial Narrow"][SIZE="3"]Yeah, a lot of games seem to have amazing graphics, but chunky gameplay.
I don't like games that are really confusing in terms of starting the game.
Like, when they give you this mini tutorial, then they expect you to know the gigantic world inside the game afterwards. Or, you have no idea where they tell you to go after.
What I want from Mabinogi, but that's just wishful thinking:
- Ability for characters to swim.
- Ability for when you are on mounts, the mounts can jump. Like, if there's a fence,
they can jump over it.
- Modified Housing Channel.
The current Housing Channel can change its design and become a Marketing Channel,
where you can sorta set up stalls and bid monthly for 'em.
It'd be cool :D And then, each character in the game should be able to enter
a private channel, where they have their own house with ACTUAL FUNCTIONS.
And people could enter each other's houses by entering their "House Code."
But that's just my wishful thinking gone too far.

I wish mabi would just uncap all their skills before getting new ones. I feel it makes them look a little lazy.
