The best ES for Scythes?

It'd be whatever gives speed. Scythes need all the speed they can get, and with the newest scythes (Lionoteeth and Raider's Scythe in particular), you've got weapon choices that have around the highest attack stat for any weapon type. So MATT is not a problem, especially considering how (relatively) cheap Force scrolls are now.

Personally I'd go for something like Intense/Leopard Valor/Bloodlust for enchants.
