Need Moderators during the Morning/Afternoons.

  This was brought up on a mabi thread last week. Things got hairy and no mod was on that night, thread eventually became a spam fest. You guys should get at least 1 graveyard shift mod.

  Believe it or not, we don't actually have "shifts" for mods ._.
  
  Also, incidents like that don't happen too frequently so a graveyard shift mod would spend most of their time doing nothing.

  Mods are just like normal people too, they have their own lives to attend to, and can't get everything immediately on the spot.

  I had actually made a comment in that thread regarding mods never being on late at night when the trolls come out, but that was mostly out of frustration.

  We're good on mods, honestly I have yet to see a major problem with a lack of mods
  they're people too, they can't afford to spend all day patrolling this forum.
  And no one can expect like on duty times because that thought is ridiculous since all of our mods are pretty much volunteers

  If we were to hire more mods I'd vote on Lan, Zid, or Addy
  they all have very good judgment and are all good tempered

  I don't think we need MORE mods.... and also there has to be a point where the Staff doesn't need to babysit us 24/7. They all have lives, and no offense to anyone here, but there isn't really anyone suitable to be the "late night" staff person.
  
  Besides, I bet they don't get that many reports late at night to warrant this. They can wait in the morning until a moderator can get on and deal with them.
