48 minute Meditation time sure is fun, as is having 1000 Int base...
That's because you literally have nothing else to spend it on. I'm betting if it didn't come dead last, it sure was close.
It's not a super long time for certain ranks of Meditation. Maybe a couple months depending on rank. Getting INT solely for Meditation time is a waste though.
Pretty sure it takes 4 months to regain the very first level. That's what I heard anyway. Too lazy to look up the skill on VindictusDB and calculate it.
