Is what I thought to myself not even 5 minutes before one of the school's outlets fried my laptop's power adaptor. There were scorch marks on the outlet, too. I'm pretty sure I'll be needing another one. Hopefully I can replace it immediately tomorrow morning because I need to be able to use this thing to do my homework during break.
On the other hand, my teacher told me that I don't have to go to her Tuesday class because it would be too much of a hassle for me to travel an hour just to be in class for 10 minutes, so I have NO CLASS Starting tomorrow. A whole week and 2 weekends, and the following Monday, because I don't have classes on Monday.
Is anyone else like this? The moment you hit your stride something bad happens?

As the saying goes, "If it's too good to be true, it is."
At least it was a nice, long stride of good things.

Well, I thought the acuities were going along pretty well and easy, those are very easy nights, then suddenly I tripped and fell right on my tailbone.

Best bet is online replacement, especially with warranty.
If not, you could find those small electronic businesses that sell Chinese-manufactured general replacement parts. Cheap and >100% efficiency power adapters, but they are doable for non-intensive PSU activities.

I can't wait for them to send it. I need to basically be able to start on my work tomorrow morning.
I'm going to check if I can use my other lap top's chord when I get home, since this specific part of the cable looks really similar.
