For whatever reason, the game crashes after the Nexon logo appears on the screen. All it tells me is that client.exe has stopped working and doesn't tell me what kind of error it encountered. Logging out then logging back in doesn't seem to help it any. I am using the web launcher if that means anything.

This may sound silly and cliche, but ... are you using any mods? If so, have you updated them?
Also, try reinstalling as well, it sometimes helps.

I stopped using mods sometime after G12 started, just got too lazy to re-install them all the time. I in no way feel ashamed of using mods, especially lag reducing ones, so I wouldn't hide that fact. Restarted my computer in case a program was running that interfered with mabi, but no result. Looks like I will have to re-install.

Yeah from what I read this was caused by some older mods, when mabi updates it doesn't update all the files, so you end up with some things still modded and others not.

Too bad it isn't mods that is causing this, or I would have been able to fix it myself and had no need to ask for help. Reinstalling the game helped for a couple of days, but now its doing it again. Damn you nexon.

You've tried running it on Administrator and making sure your anti-virus doesn't block Hackshield or Mabinogi?

I know it sounds dumb, but try updating Hackshield? Also, when you reinstalled, did you delete EVERYTHING in your Mabinogi folder and THEN reinstall?

Yes. It worked after I reinstalled for a couple of days, now it is acting stupid again.

How about downloading the client all over again? I know it's annoying, but there might be something wrong with the files you have.

That is what I am doing now.
