Not like **SHOT SHOT** and hide the body. A real burial.
I was arguing with my mother just now about this.
I tried to google it, but I didn't come up with definite answers.
HELP! :T_T:

If you have a proper burial and it isn't a SHOOT SHOOT BANG BANG then you should be okay.
Its like cremating people and keeping them in your home. I mean otherwise you bury them in a cemetery?
However if you want to sell your house that might be a problem...

Cremate first. Saves room and less digging required :)

Probably... since people used to do it all the time, right? You just have to own the land...

Maybe? Its probably a location thing, not like a general rule.....So, ask someone in charge of your area? Why are you asking, Im kinda curious, if its personal, dont read the rest of this post, cause its a joke....
Just dont sell the house, cause then one day when there doing something its going to be dug up, the CSIs are gonna be called, Horatio is going to be there for some reason, go, "It looks like (s)he, didnt get out of the house much." BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, and then your going to have to show documentation of the proper burial...

Until you get an OK from the city you live in, I don't think it would be legal, since it could be a potential health hazard. Plus, what if you sell the house? The city would have to consider if it could sell when there's a dead person buried in the back.

only if you dont bury them deep enough and you dont put something in the hole like flowers or something so the neighbors dont complain about some weird smell.I cant tell you the troubles i had when i had to bury a few peo...i mean pets. yes thats i burying pets totally not people who were semi-living. hehe... -hides my shovel-

I think that if their body was properly embalmed and encased in a proper casket that can be easily moved, it should be no problem.

I don't know the legalities behind a body burial. Ashes from a cremation isn't a problem since after a cremation you can take the ashes anyways, however if there's some indication of the burial like a tomb stone marking the location it might be a problem if the house is ever for sale.
