Recommend me some good, but cheap graphics cards

As you can see, the graphics are pretty godly, and seem to require a good enough graphics card.
Could anyone recommend me a card that can run graphics such as these, but won't be /that/ expensive?

Obvious exaggeration is obvious.
But I meant graphics as high-tier as those.

I suspect that something in the $100-150 range would be adequate for a good experience.
If you want something fancy, $200~250 is probably a good price range. Anything over that and you're getting diminishing returns.
Don't forget that getting a powerful graphics card will probably mean you'll have to upgrade the PSU.

Is that a laptop? It is basically impossible to get a new graphics card for that. :|
