  If you don't have a plan for your walls you should erect them in the corner or along the wall, out of the way of others.

  When I can break it easily with a few clicks.
  I believe it's for fun, but...maybe they were afraid you forgot to break your walls and can't set up any later.
  
  I do hate people who break them deliberately and also hate people who keep standing on where my wall should be at during setup.

  The Barrier Spikes serve as a target for Crtl-targeting and sometimes the targeting system will target the spikes instead of the intended enemy. It's annoying(I'm a victim of this, using Crtl-target almost everytime I fight), and this may be why people are destroying your walls. Or they could be using WM, which also attacks the wall because it's an AoE attack. Don't think people are mean just for destroying their walls, there are about 3 reasons why they could be attacking your wall. If they don't seem to be doing so, then they're simply trollin'.

  I hate barrier spikes.
  Affects WMing large monsters such as the Alby giant spider.
  I died twice because i couldn't WM because of the Hitbox glitch...(Where it is in range but the smaller target (Barriers) aren't in range so you can't activate WM.)

  Sometimes people don't mean to. I know that when I run glowy statues with my guild and someone makes barriers, it's knocked down almost instantly because we all accidentally attack it.
