Woww. These are so nice.
Are they hard to do/Is the character design hard?

The difficulty of making the models depends on the outfit and what parts I decide to use to make it, really. Although even then re-sizing things to fit the body just right is a pain in the butt :hot:
As for the songs, the hardest part is usually syncing the vocals with the karaoke (especially for Romeo and Cinderella. Oh man, don't even get me started... orz)
Everything else I just borrow from the interwebs.

That's a really nice MMD model you made there o: I really like the Yellow one.
However (assuming this is your UTAU), I think the pronunciation for the UTAU needs serious work. The english accent is way strong and it's hard to understand her. I am, however, glad that you didn't make her R's too strong, but some of them still sound a little too english. If you need help on how to pronounce Japanese syllables, I think there are some videos on YouTube on how to move your mouth to pronounce them correctly (Japanese syllables do use some different muscles than english). The quality of the recording is really good though. Her voice is very clear 8D I like her voice and her oto sounds okay, so the pronunciation was the only thing I felt I needed to pick at xD
As far as her design, I think she's really cute 8D

Thank you for the kind words and advice ; u;
In terms of pronunciation, is it only in regards to the r's? (although I know a few others that have quirks) Since it was my first time doing a VCV voicebank, I felt...awkward with the way I had to record the notes. And although if I'm actually singing I can pronounce R's the way they're meant to be in Japanese, I kind of...derped while recording. :fail3:
If you have any more advice I would very much appreciate it before I go an' make a new voicebank~

Not just the R's. It's the O sounds and the I sounds. However, the ones I had the most problem with are the O sounds. When saying an O sound in Japanese, you kind of have to bring the back of your tongue up a bit and your lips have to be kind of close together. The U sounds are kind of similar in terms of how you should move your mouth, except...well you say a U sound xD It's kind of hard to explain it in text xD;;
When recording your R sounds, kind of start like you're saying an R, but end like you're saying an L. Or if that's hard to do, just pronounce them like L sounds instead of R's.
As for the I sounds, you kind of have to smile a bit xD
Like I said, it might be easier to go on YouTube ;o; I think if you just improved on the pronunciation, she'd be perfect.
Here's a video that can kind of help. If you practice enough, I'm sure you'll get it o:

Pretty neat overall. Animation can be a tough cookie.
I do have some nitpicks in terms of the videos though, namely with the clothing physics. A lot of the time, I feel like the clothes feel way too much, and sometimes I feel like they're not moving enough (like when they go through her legs for example).
I also think some variety in the way the character moves would be nice. I don't mean the moves you make her do, since those are varied, but the way she executes them. Some can be fluid, some can be a little more harsh.
As for the voice, the syllables do sound like they have an accent and it hinders the timing with some parts of the song. Syllables in Japanese tend to be very crisp and clear.
I think this would be a good reference:

Her movements and moods are varied, and Miku tends to say things more clearly than other Vocaloids, so you could probably reference her for how a somewhat robotic yet normal-sounding syllable would be.

I actually think the timing of the syllables has more to do with the oto.ini than anything, so I suppose that could use some work as well.
@OP: If you search on google for how to make one, there's a really good tutorial. Although most of her syllables sounds like you know what you're doing for the most part as far as the oto.ini.
As for using vocaloids as an example on how to pronounce Japanese, I actually suggest NOT doing that. Despite actually being Japanese, some vocaloids' pronunciations are a bit off (look at Rin/Len's ACT1 banks for example). Miku's regular voicebank is not much better and her appends are much better in terms of pronunciation. However, I think that listening to Nico singers is a better way for examples in singing and pronunciation as well as the video tutorial things. I know that wasn't really what you were saying, but I just thought I'd point that out in case there was a misunderstanding.
I actually think VY1's voicebank is clearer than Miku's, but that depends on your opinion, I guess lol

I don't mean using them alone as guides, but as far as vocaloids sounding clear, Miku often sounds clearer than the rest, so people should try to reach at least that level of clarity.
I don't know if an UTAU can reach VY1's clarity but maybe aspiring for that is worth a shot. I don't use these programs myself. I just know from what I've heard.

I'm sure you could if you have a good enough microphone and can get rid of background noise :D UTAU's main problem is that it picks up everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) when you put your recordings on it, which is why a lot of UTAUs sound kinda fuzzy and robotic. That's why it's important to get a microphone that doesn't pick up so much background noise. Problem is, they cost so much :c
And sorry I kind of misunderstood your last post orz;;
