  Anyone here still remember me? I've gotten a bunch of friend reqs in my absence, and I'm guessing they were via Nation, but I can't honestly tell who the characters belong to. Anyone feel like dungeon running with a lv51 Lann.
  
  Also, would anyone be interested in giving me a brief summary of new stuff roughly since Irukul was added? I distanced myself from Mabi and Vindi both, and the Vindi Wiki is a nightmare to navigate, so I don't really know what's new. Thanks to the new skill interface I got a bit of a crash-course on the new stuff that was added there, but apart from that, yeah...

  New raids, empty boats because everyone avoids each other like the plaque, hackers. Join a guild and you should be fine.

  Nice, you're on West. Let's see, we're currently on episode 9. We have boats 6, 7, 8 and 9. Hero Mode was added for boats 5.5 (The Troll Place, West Hilder Forest) through boat 7. People complain that the game is becoming pay2win because of the defense of boat 6 hero mode(You want around 12k attack to do reasonable damage there. . .and don't get me started on boat 7) along with the enhancing update. If you enhance a weapon past +10 now, you get a much bigger damage boost than back then. Also, I can run some stuff with you on my Fiona tomorrow if you're interested. I have lots of homework to work on tonight, so I'm not gaming at all. I'm also a maxed out weaponsmith on my Lann, so if we run Irukul enough and you get a good amount of tusks, I can make you an Ivory Sword/Spear. Just add my Lann, Yanm whenever.

  Well, you left off before Rocheste was released.
  
  Episodes 7 through 9 have been released. This means the areas Fomorian Base, Sewers, Ortel Castle, Catacombs, and Albey have been added. They also introduced newer Raids, which have come to be known as daily raids. These raids are limited to 1 success per day, and are usually the extremes of difficulty. These raids include Titan, Thor, Glas, Lionotus, and a few others.
  
  Rocheste has also been released, and acts a second town to spend your time in. Expertises were added with them, which allow you craft items under Lv. 60 (up until the Queen's Glory set). You probably also haven't finished Hilder Forest, which was released with Irukul.

  The baseline is actually a lot closer to 13k attack for Hero mode Boat 6/7. With some of the later Boat 6 bosses having more defence then the Boat 7 bosses.

  Theres Hilder Forest Ruins now, also Fomorian Base and Sewers. Oh and Albey. Some other new things as well like Rocheste and if you wanna be considered good, you must have 12k attack+. Nobody does quests below level 60, because the only thing anyone ever does is log on, do daily raids, log off. Lots of people are sometimes hateful to lower levels or anyone with attack below 12k (Especially Lanns with 12k+, not saying all Lanns, but almost exclusively).
  There's Lionotus, you wont be fighting him for a long time. Don't forget Karok is out! Oh yeaaaaahhh!
  
  The Vindictus community really needs to be a lot better, not saying it should go like Maplestory, because everyone on there is like "i hav gf on here so i am better than u r, and i have a pink chair and i also communly ware pink ingame cuz it just makes me cool i also am beter than anyone below my levl lolololololol newfag".. Just needed you all to know.
  
  Unfortunately for me I'm level 34, so I can never find boats, but fortunately for me, I am a Karok. Soloing is so easy.

  Thanks for all the info haha, though I must've mixed up the dungeon added most recently before I left. I was there for Rocheste, though I didn't get much done there thanks to my level lol. As for the hacking and everyone avoiding each other, same old same old I guess.

  A memory leak was also introduced around the time Rocheste was added.
