I'm an evie and I was wondering if I should just sell my passion enchant rather than use it. 200 def doesn't seem that useful for evies as compared to other classes. I heard the es sells for 20 m +...

It's still one of the best suffixes for accessories, and it comes with the nice 100% success rate at 100Br.
But if you really don't care for min/maxing, then feel free to sell it. But it's probably one of the only suffixes for accessories that's worth stacking (the other being Healthy).

200 DEF isn't going to do an Evie much since they have low DEF naturally and have no real way to abuse it.

Well it does provide 2 Stamina, which would mean an extra 10 Stamina or so if you have 5 of them. But that isn't the main cause of the 20m price, so it probably isn't worth it just for that.

2 stamina isn't really much for a staff Evie though.
Might as well just use Strongs if you want stamina.

Main thing is that Strong is a prefix while Passion is a suffix. You could use both, but as you've said, 2 stamina per enchant isn't really worth it. But who knows, maybe there are some Evies who have nothing better to spend their money on.
Edit
Actually, I retract everything. Just use Berserker if you're an Evie. Unless you really love Stam OR are planning to be a Plate Armor Evie.

I ended up using the scroll to personalize my 3 star earrings of temptation...too scared of hackers to be carrying gold around and too scared of exploding things with beserker.

If vindictus db has it right, then berserker has no chance of breaking items (
http://vindictusdb.com/enchant?i=mind)
It sure can mess up durability in a hurry though ;__;

Vindictusdb is wrong. While it's semi-rare, Berserker
DOES break items. I can confirm this, sadly ._.

Guess I'll use it only on my thorn rings. I could care less if beserker kills those.

I don't think it would be unadvisable, especially given the rising prices. I'd say it would be worth it to exchange your passion scroll for other scrolls like Force, Significant, or Well Balanced. Or 5 Berserkers and pleny of change.

Did you confuse it with warlord?
I have failed 5 or 6 berserker, none of them broke.
