Here's a couple of signature's I've made. I'm free to taking requests and will gladly take criticism
The third one really didn't come out as good as I was hoping. However I love how the second one came out.
BTW~ I'm pretty new at this, so they're not to fanciful effects wise.

Your watermark is a little... large. You should make it a bit smaller and make it more transparent. It's nice to show that you made something, but not like "HI I'M GARB I MADE THIS LOOK GARB MY NAME IS THE FIRST THING YOU NOTICE GARB!!!", know what I mean?
They're pretty nice for someone starting out, though. You definitely need to use anti-aliasing on your text, since it's a little choppy.

So you're suggesting I make my name a bit smaller?

I would. And since it'll be smaller, then you'll have to choose a different font for legibility's sake.
But hey, these are way better than what I make. :/ I especially really like the first one.

Very good except that water mark
make it transparent if it's going to be that large
making it smaller and more transparent would make it look a lot better
also a fitting font would help

I like them, the pallets are very intense. Maybe not so much in the first one.
I don't see a problem with the watermark's size, but it does draw attention to itself with its contrast. Maybe dim them a bit? 40% opacity or lower would make it nice and subtle.
Though, I think it would be even cooler if that was your actual writing, instead of a typeface.

Okay guys, I've got another one. Watermarks are supposed to be big because it adds to the animation. However I did dim down my name some.

This is probably my favorite one.

They're pretty good, but you really need higher quality stock images / brushes, and not so much solid-colour brushing. For example, in the mario signature, the blue brushing is very flat and one-dimensional because it's just one shade.

It think it was supposed to be reminiscent of frost on a window, so the flatness is okay, in my opinion.

Regardless, frost would have more depth to it, imo. A quick gradient map or layer setting change would fix all the flatness problems.

Should try looking into getting some C4Ds to use. After I started using C4Ds, the only need I ever had for using brushes was for the smudging tool and lighting. You might wanna try looking at a few guides to learn a couple of techniques, then develop your own techniques from there to see how they go. I believe there should be a sticky on this section of the forum that has a handful of helpful guides.
