Is it normal to lose 6 pounds in about a week with no exercise, and the only difference from the previous week would be drinking more water? :what:

No that's not healthy....you should not be losing that much in a week especially if you're not exercising...

But even if you're drinking more its not healthy to lose that much so quick.

I've heard that drinking more water does make you lose some weight...I dunno though. But 6 pounds in a week doesn't sound good anyway.

Actually I wasn't drinking water, at all. Just pop or Juice ^_^
Last week I was about 149, now I'm 143.

Like i mentioned before
Even if you're drinking more and maybe peeing more thats not too abnormal. However losing 6 pounds within a week isn't good. Its not good for your body. When you lose weight too quickly it can mess up parts of your body. Thats why eating disorders are dangerous NOT SAYING THAT YOU HAVE ONE!
Have you been feeling sick? More likely whats your diet been like...how have you been feeling?
Did you eat any spaghettio's lately? I know random but there has been a recall and the meat wasn't cooked all the way.

Drinking more water just makes you more full, hence eat less owo.

Dang...you might be peeing a lot out. But i can't imagine that being the reason for your losing 6 pounds within a week.
I know i've heard you can die from drinking too much...but i just know because someone drank liters and liters for a contest. But like i said you have to be drinking liters and liters for it to actually kill you.
