  Of course Raider's already costs like 30m-40m to obtain unless you get lucky. You could wait until they increase the drop rates of 61 gear mats when Dragon comes out, but who knows how long it's going to take Nexon to implement Dragon.

  It's been increased in Korea after dragon was released. Since most people now want Lv. 70 Dragon Gear, the "rare" 61 sets are somewhat obsolete if you can get a 70 set.

  I hope they do the same in NA if solely for aesthetic benefits. However, I wouldn't put it past them to do what they could to not implement the drop rate increase in case some players buy NX to sell dyes in order to afford glas pants.
