  The wiki says it only checks your inventory so you should be able to store your original somewhere else.

  there has to be no sheep robes in your inv to get one from the event
  
  storing them in the bank works

  The waiting line for the ski event is too much... I've been waiting for about 30 minutes for someone to enter so that my turn would be next. (there isn't a single player on the map as well) Does everyone use the 500g one to skip the this endeavor or are the tickets the same?
