[EU] Trouble getting server back online

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. Yesterday, Thursday december 8th, Nexon EU released G13 and G14. Within 12h after the patch, the server crashed twice ( seemingly similar to the crashes occurring before the patch ). The Morrighan server has been in "maintenance" mode since the second crash, Nexon has now released a statement:

We are having trouble putting back server Morrighan back online.

We are investigating this problem however the issue is likely to sustain longer than we expected.

We apologize for the inconvenience that is continuously happening in Mabinogi lately
however, appreciate the patience and understanding you've given us.

We'll inform you again as soon as the problem is resolved.

If that is what's causing problems, at least they seem to realize it and they aren't planning on releasing it while there's a chance others might get locked out.
