Sorry, because based on the fact that it was your second post, and the content of said post, I too assumed you were trolling. In case you do not know, we have had a serious trolling problem recently, and pretty much after several posts by administrators to be careful about possible trolls it is an honest mistake to assume someone with a second post like that (stared out words lol) to be a possible troll, due to the low post count and the uncertainty of what your intentions are on this site. But I would like to apologize for my assumption of trolling and Welcome you.

The four finalists will go up for a vote so the community may have a voice in who they would like to see on staff.
Not entirely sure if this is a good idea, as it could lead to a popularity contest rather than seeing who is actually good for the job; unless you are just doing this to get an idea of what the community response would be to the addition of a certain member.
Just my 2 cents on this.
