  No, you aren't allowed to (if a mod said you could, I and probably many others disagree 100%, because if they make rule exceptions for you, then where are mine?). Even if you're homosexual, rules are rules. If you can say those things, then I can say whatever I want the pertains to me, as well.

  Emo, the others are right. You do not get a special exception because of your sexual orientation. Simple as that. Everyone is withheld from saying it - and there are NO exceptions to the rule for any reason. I don't know who or what gave you the idea that you can bypass this rule, but you can't. This goes for MabiNation and MabiNation only. What you say outside of Nation doesn't matter, but when you're on this site, you WILL refrain from using these terms.
  
  Unfortunately, as far as the thing with Shan goes, is he knew and agreed to having no future shots. One slip up and he is gone, that's what was agreed to when he came back, and I guess he just slipped up today.
