Special and VIP are both premium, but different levels of premium. VIP unlocks all 3 tabs. The service under that only unlocks 2.
So if you want to be safe you should keep your stuff away from both.

It's nexon. They'll probably take a day or more to get the e-mails out. Or can anyone confirm getting one yet?

Take note that my ducat profit the second time was lower... so even if there was a change, it's too minor to call a nerf.
