None of my actual characters were locked (although pets might've been), but I got 10k NX this morning (checked at around 6 AM) for two accounts. I'm not sure if that's the other NX giveaway or the lock out compensation.
When I checked two minutes ago, my balance for one went from 10,001 to 11, 801. Wondering where that 1.8k NX came from.
