Black Hammer [weapon] dye question.

You can't get pure white with dye amps. You get a white that's a bit darker than pure.

Edit:Unless, of course, they changed it since the last time I played.

It's not a pure color, 25/25/25 instead of 0/0/0, 230/230/230 instead of 255/255/255, but for all intents and purposes they're effectively pure.

Amp white, or 230/230/230, will have a more "grey" tint, making it darker. You can only get pure, or 255/255/255, with the random dye. Though, personally, I like 230/230/230 better than 255/255/255, since I like to not blind myself while playing.

Amp white is 230/230/230 :P
I know there's a difference between the two, but realistically speaking the difference between the two is so minute that only an OCD colour purist would distinguish between the two. Regardless of which it is, the random and amp absolute shades are effectively pure colours in their own right.

My mistake. Was tired when typing it out, got the colors for white and black mixed. xD

There's a ton of people who are like that, where just one shade off of a color will make them flip. It's all preference I suppose.
