There aren't very many, I'm on T-Mobile and I bought a (relatively crappy) android phone through an external T-Mobile dealer.

I think he wants us to pick something decent, but with no data service required on the contract. I tried to look, but didn't find anything good. x_x Nokia makes excellent phones, but it seems T-Mobile is only offering the upcoming Windows Phone versions. x_x
