Reason 1,The Master, The Master is an AWESOME villain who is easier to make a post for then The Doctor so hes #1, BUT there is no order, just an amount.

Why is The Master cool? Cause hes crazy.

Reason 2, the aliens, from Daleks, to Weaping Angels, from the Sontarans to the Cybermen, there are SO MANY aliens good and bad, and most of them are epic, the rest you can just laugh at. :lol:
