true about the powders but high raids and their drops tend to go for cheap now and its a pain if the party is a bad party besides the odds of getting a good raid drop is pretty low... merching idea isnt bad but getting mets can be troublesome i mean im down with raids dont get me wrong just breaking off... and mets in shop tend to be overpriced
You're spending for a profit, so it really doesn't matter if things are overpriced. You'll get more money back anyway.
Anyway, raiding is the easiest way, and you should only go into other things if you're already raiding and want additional income without having to wait to continue raiding. Merching is also nice as it takes almost no time and is pretty much guaranteed profit.
Really, you should also maximize the profit and minimize the spending on expensive items, too. If you're willing to bump your own topics on the official forums a little bit and wait a few hours, you could save a few million or gain an extra few million on items worth 10m+. This really adds up over multiple transactions. I bought a bunch of Force scrolls @ 2.5m each when they were selling for 3.5-4m each and saved tens of millions over the 15-20 I bought. Your gold isn't going anywhere and you can afford to be very picky in a market that moves as quickly as this does, at least with scrolls.
Why you should be a patient asshole and not be afraid to sell things forever, regardless of pressure put on by others.
This happens over and over again, I just can't be bothered to get more examples because I'm lazy.
