Makes things so convenient you know. Especially when you make $2,000 each month and know that you can handle them. No worries about bills or anything because they take care of themselves.
Only thing you need to watch out for is to never spend more than you have. I think I'll set aside a $700 budget each month that will be for auto-payments. That way I can whistle through my day without having to worry about bills at home.
As long as I have a job that is. These things are a blessing and at the same time a curse if you go too crazy with them. What do you guys think of auto-payment things for bills/loans?

I think its cool but once I bough like 60k nx Wich was taken directly from my bank account. Problem was I had a very big unnatended payment that passes JUST before.
Like 10 Minutes before paypal took the nx money.
They took this as a empty check and charged me 50$ Fees for every purchases I made.
So Yhea had to pay 600 for a 10 Minutes issue...
xD
As long you have money in your account its cool.

Ouch, so you did 6 $10 purchases in a 10 minute span? That really sucks. This is why I like to check my balance online before buying nx or anything else just to be sure I have the funds to do so.

I would prefer not to because I might pay off something I was overcharged for and I wouldn't be able to get that money back. I keep all my receipts and staple them to my statements to make sure everything is accounted for and then pay off the bills as late as possible to make life a bit easier for myself in terms of paying off the bills.

I prefer not to. It's a habit so I can catch things that are mistakes or looks suspicious in my transactions.
Online payments are the real blessings though.

This is true.
Option A) Write Check and wait and see if it actually made it through snail mail and got cashed. (Wait time 5-10 days pending on distance. Possibly more)
Option B) Online Transaction. You know it went through because it either happens instantly or within 1 day.
That and writing checks is a pain in the rear.
When it comes to loan payments. I prefer option B, especially when it's due in 4 days.

Under other circumstances I might prefer it since I'm really forgetful, but my Mom is insanely prompt and efficent about always remembering what bills to pay, when, how much, etc. and does them all via phone and what-not. (she hates setting up auto-deduct plans, mostly because we can't afford to have them take out money as they please. lol.)
So I'll probably end up following her foot-steps unless I have a ton of money to spare and losing a bit extra won't bother me much. Which, won't be for awhile. So.
